This is often due to a lack of specialist staff and a lack of awareness of the problem. Only when tax audits occur does it become clear what is really necessary and feasible in small and medium-sized companies, how the tax advisor can help and which tax and legal instruments are conceivable to avoid such risks in the future.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the introduction, implementation and compliance with certain measures in companies can lead to companies not being sanctioned by the state in the event of possible legal violations.
